Casa Pablo’s creators Pablo, Grace, and sister Magda, who literally fell in love in Warsaw and it’s rapidly growing economy. Spanish Visionary Pablo, American creative and optimistic Grace along with her sister Magda created an energizing blend that gives their restaurant venture a friendly and domestic character. Luckily for them while the walls where getting painted and the equipment about to be installed, Executive Chef, Gonzalo de Salas Smith, who was presented the project, believed in it, decided to move to Warsaw, and join the team. Currently has become partner and executive chef for their further projects.
Casa Pablo is primarily teaming with people of creativity, full of inspiration around, and passion for what they do. The cuisine has been created by Executive Chef Gonzalo de Salas Smith, who gained his extensive experience at the best restaurants around the world. Including Eleven Madison Park, a three Michelin star restaurant in New York. While in Poland, Gonzalo is constantly composing the menu of inventive dishes while using original Spanish products. For instance fish and seafood flown in from the most famous fish market in Spain Mercamadrid. Meat delivered straight from Galicia.
